Does anyone know how to figure this out. thanks Rupertsmom 03-09-2002, 05:59 PM I've always figured it's about 50 calories/point. leader 03-09-2002, 08:28 PM Its_my_Life: Rupertsmom is right -- the AVERAGE is about 50 calories per point... but it can be a lot more or a lot less depending on how you eat and what you eat... and how you distribute those points. It can be as few as 30 calories per point if your diet is high in oil, or as high as 110 calories per point if it's high in high fiber high fluid foods (like ff yogurts, and bulky cereals.) Roughly, 50 cal/point is right on target. Kelly_S 03-10-2002, 01:23 PM This was given to me by my leader when I started with 1-2-3. i realize the Ranges with Winning Points dropped down 2 on the high end but...... Point Range (123 Success Points) Converted to Calories (This isn't always 100% true because of fiber) 18-25 points = 1050-1400 calories 20-27 points = 1150-1500 calories 22-29 points = 1250-1600 calories 24-31 points = 1350-1700 calories 26-33 points = 1450-1800 calories 28-35 points = 1550-1900 calories Remember this does not include calories added by the zero point veggies nor any of those 'freebie' one servings. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
