do you find you slacken off a little with the weight loss when your nearing your goal weight?....
right now im 6lbs away from my initial goal, i hope to be there on May 31st....
im thinking about revising this goal, but that decision will be made when i reach the 140lb original....
if i can maintain this loss at 2lb a week, it would only take 4 weeks to be 133lbs....
