Exercise! - softball count?

So does softball count as moderate or light exercise? It's the slow pitch womans league. I was thinking more along the lines of light since you aren't moving constantly but you get bouts were you are running a lot...? lol any advice would be appreciated!

I would think any time you are being physically active is a good thing no matter what it is - softball or the treadmil
