We had such a fantastic participation rate for the weigh ins!! However I see many many red team members who are posting weights but yet they dont participate on their team chat! Your team wants to know who you are! This challenge isnt simply a weighin thread, you NEED to participate! The idea here is support! If your only need is for someone to keep track of your stats for you, I'm not the one to do it and I wont! So make sure you pop in from time to time and say hello to your team, let us know whats up...we want to share your struggles and triumphs! You've just got to let us! Yes, the tread is busy but its supposed to be! That means we've got amazing support going on and support is a huge key to success!! See you on the chat thread Red team!!

The Blue Team is doing an awesome job with participation in both chatting and in the exercise challenge! I'm so proud! Our chat thread is definitely busy but we still had some people not check in this week (as well as not weigh in! *gasp*) I agree with Melissa... no babysitting your numbers from me! You gotta work hard to be on the Blue Team! ( Posting once a week can't be that bad!) Great job on getting those extra Blue Team incentives for the exercise challenge this week too! Oh you all make me so proud I feel like a mother hen.

Way to go Black team! You ladies (and men) made our first week a huge success! The Black Team chat is certainly busy (which is AWESOME) and all of our exercise challenges are certainly paying off! I would just encourage you all to keep it up!!!! I will also ditto what melissa and chellez have said about team participation. It is SO important!! Don't be so concerned that you can't keep up with the chats, all we need is a check in to let us know how YOU are doing! If you have time to address people individually...great! But if not, please don't let this keep you from posting!
The Blue Team is having another great week despite losing 3 people (1 person quit, the other 2 were removed.) We are still nice and chatty, and exercising like crazy... Even if you can't get personals in everyday, please make sure you are posting! You can't be Biggest Loser if we don't know who you are!

The Black Team has been working out like crazy due to our own exercise challenge and the overall "everybody" exercise challenge. We are building some MAJOR muscle!!!! On our way to becoming hot beach mamas (and papas).... califonia dreamin..... on such a winter's daaaaaay.... okay, I'll stop now...lol
We are in danger of losing 6 people next week due to no weigh-ins since we started. It is so important that you remember to update your weigh-in post! As chellez said... the sooner the better! You don't have to wait until Monday to post your weigh-in - you can do it on the very day that you have your normal weigh-in at home.
Keep up the great work ladies (and gents)!!!
Sorry I'm late had some formatting issues this morning! We had alot of freebies this week because of not weighing in. Remember when those weights are due Red team!! Also, we've been in the challenge long enough where if you arent participating and still just using this as a place to weigh in you arent following the spirit of the challenge!! Besides all that I'd say we had a really decent week! Remember team, everyone has their ups and downs the point is we keep moving! We can do this Red team!! One foot in front of the other!!! Lets make this week the best one yet!!

The Black Team lost an astounding 7 people this week! Looks as if we also had a rough week numbers-wise. Between graduation and birthday parties and TOM... our numbers are low. HOWEVER, as a team we still lost 43 pounds!!!!! That is still awesome. Any loss is a great thing! Keep it up Black Team. Let's get on the ball this week, step it up and come here next week swinging big punches!
