I have been offline as laptop been away for repair, only got it back this morning.

Been busy - hubby finally decided to knock a hole in the wall ready for french doors between lounge and conservatory.

My walking has improved massively - even managed to cut the lawn!! Today I went to the local shops to get me out and about, not managed to go shopping for ages.

Visited my mum at the weekend and my sister turned up as well (not seen her for about 8 years).

GP has made a referral for a wheelchair as my hired one had to go back - wouldn't let me extend the hire.

The wii fit is helping alot with my balance. I'm only managing 3 times a week at the moment - mainly due to tiredness which has increased with the warmer weather.

My weight is all over the place at the moment - I've put this down to lack of exercise though.

Hope everyone is ok.

Sorry Knightbabe - I don't think I know what is wrong with you

I am sorry to hear you have to use a wheel chair. Is it temporary? My mum has one permanently. She hates going shopping in it because she can only see so far along the aisles. Plus my Dad is impatient, which doesn't help. She also hates being out int he rain. I am going to get her a poncho type thing or oplaccy mac to wear in it. The one I got before doesn't fit.

was a bit lame..

if you get that
-I think 'freethetoys' thought it was lame that you forgot the key so it was a waste of time and money

I don't think she thought you were lame lol

Well I suppose I was 'lame' really. A case of more haste less speed. I got later than planned and was rushing. Why I don't know as it was over the bank holiday and I didn't need to be anywhere else - just to a BBQ later on and I had planned to go there after dropping the box off. What a waste of £30. I am getting a man with a van in to take a load of stuff though soon so hopefully it will be ok.

NIce name by the way - I love lupins!! Wish I had a garden
