I didn't see a thread made yet, so thought I'd go ahead and make one. Jumped on the scale this am and was down only .4 lbs, making me 233.6 which I'll take after a party and more sweets than I should of allowed myself to have.

I weighed in at 281.8 which is a 14 lb loss since I started "counting calories" on 4/26......

that's 2 lbs in two weeks. slow but steady wins the race. But I still want to be the damn rabbit. nobody gets all snuggly with a tortoise.

I'm up .4 - but I'm good with that.... it was a bad eating weekend - major hormone cravings - plus lots of water retention.

But I really do need to get things moving down!!!

I think I want to pinch myself - can this be real... I've lost 2 pounds and finally I've made it to Onederland. :D Today the scale said 199!!! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

It's been over 20 years since I've weighed under 200 pounds. Thanks to you all for being so, so helpful to me.

I'm at 180 and can't seem to budge. Not sure if I"m plateuaing. I haven't really been that on plan so I need to work hard the next few days and see if I can drop!

I don't know how it's possible--- I had an already bad weekend with one 3000 calorie day (stupid cheesecake factory!) and a 2200 calorie day... and then on Monday we had to put our dog to sleep, so THAT day went out the window calorie wise (I know, I know...)

BUT... I weigh in today... SHOCKING... down 1.6 pounds!!!!!! :) I have no idea how... total loss so far: 44.4 pounds (258lbs weigh in).

I'm shocked! It's like I'm some magical calorie burning MACHINE.

233!!! 1 pound down YAY! I got all the way up to 237 so I'm happy to see I actually lost a pound this week.

Hmm. I dunno.
I've lost 3 lbs since my last weigh in, which was 3 days ago.

I'm not starving myself. I'm actually eating. I just am afraid that I may be losing it to quick, and worried about gaining it all back really fast.

That's a total of 17 lbs since 4/26

Czarria- I wouldn't worry about the weightloss, but yes if you do go off track you probably will gain weight fast. I lost 24 pounds in my first month and I'm still going strong. Good luck!

I have lost nothing this week on my weekly weight in.

Czarria like dandk0204 said I also lost a lot in the beginning. I think this was as I was not eating the rubbish I was and eating healthy. Though over time my weight loss slowed down considerably and now it pans out at around 1 to 2lbs per week. I am now 14 months into my weight loss journey and I am still losing steadily most weeks.

I lost two pounds this week. I didn't lose anything last week, so I'm really grateful for this loss.

I'm down 4.8.

But don't worry I won't continue to lose that fast. I'm back on track after basically 5 months and doing Phase 1 of South Beach again, most of that 4.8 is probably water weight.

Really thrilled to be back on track, but still could kick myself for gaining back as much as I have.

I'm down one. A couple of days ago it looked like it was going to be two, but it didn't work out. A little disappointing because I've been keeping to my exercise plan for the first time in a while. But I'll get there.

Down 3.5lbs. Only just over a 1lb 'over' my lowest ever... so close I can feel it! Then I can crack on with losing 'new' lbs again :)

Today was WI day for me, and I'm down 3 pounds! And completely stunned by those results. I'll definitely take it - the further away I can get from 260 the better!! I also found out today I am going to NYC!!! All I have to pay for is my flight, oh, and all the shopping I plan to do! :) Just had to share :)

Well Today was day 7 of week one and to my surprised little bleary eyes this morning, I lost 5 whole lbs- From 231.8 to 226.8 and darnit I refused to round those numbers up :)

Congrats to all the other "Losers" this week! Here's to the start of a brand new week!
