Default Everyone Weigh in 05/02/08

It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone.

Me: 176.5, down a pound from last week. Dunno, I took a day off and slept late, so that might now be "real". But, it's better than a gain. So, good week for me!

I'm in the same boat...down 2.5 lbs. but I'm pretty sure only a pound of it is real!

125.4, down a pound from last week which means..... according to my ticker.... that I have hit goal!! woohoo!!!



Technically I have .4 lbs to go. But I think I'm going to need another goal soon. It's amazing how bodies work... I struggled and plateaued for MONTHs and then I suddenly dropped a pound a week for the last 3 weeks.

Well I am have been back on a 'diet' for 3 1/2 weeks now. In that time I have lost 8 pounds. Week 1, I did South Beach lost 4 pounds. Week 2 I added grain carbs and fruit- 1 serving each per meal. I lost 1.5 pounds. Last week I contintued and actually gained .5 pounds This Week 3, I am back on the South Beach...and have lost 3 pounds since Sunday. My official weighin with a group at church is on Sunday.

I am now doing a combination of South Beach Phase 1/2 and 3 Hour Diet. I am realy watching those bad carbs. I cannot lose weight with them and they stir up my appetite. I am really pushing the veggies and lean meat. Limiting fresh fruit and bread carbs to one time a day max. I do use Atkins Edulge, South Beach bars, and WW Ice cream and yoghurt for snacks- which have some carbs. I am trying to limit those to once a day when at work. On days I am home I stick with veggies, deli meat, low fat cheese, ww yoghurt, and peanut butter.

I am really looking forward to seeing 200, not sure if that is feasible by the end of May. BUT I am going to set it as my goal anyway!!! And Work hard to attain it. After than I expect it to taper off.

I think I may head over to the South Beach forum and post there as well.

Thanks for all the encouraging insight and motivation you all provide.

I'm at 200.4 as of this morning. I keep bouncing back and forth between 201 and 200. I was hoping for onederland by the end of April, but that didn't happen. Maybe this month!

I just joined, and I havent lost any weight. I just wanted to post where I am at, and I plan on weighing in every week.

I am at 210 lbs. My goal is 130 lbs. (they wont let me post my cute little weight tracker
