In all seriousness though, when I first started the plan, for 3 full months, I never had a gain. I didn't always lose.....but I never gained. (I call gaining anything a pound or more). And when I started not doing so well, it was only when I started with the BLT's or the, "cheat weekend," or "just one cheat day," attitude. I am proud of you for jumping right back in. And getting some activity in too! Awesome! My Weiggtloss weeks are up at the end of May. I don't think I am going to make my goal?
