Last Month I managed 23.4 hours, so I think I will shoot for 24 hours this month! 1440 minutes!

1 –
2 – 40 minutes circuit training, 60 minutes dog walking, 42 minutes bike ride = 142 minutes
3 – 20 minutes elliptical, 26 minutes treadmill = 46 minutes
4 –
5 – 20 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes pushups, 30 minutes walking = 60 minutes
6 – 30 minutes walking
7 – 40 minutes circuit training, 60 minutes walking = 100 minutes
8 – 60 minutes dog walking
9 –
10 – 85 minues (biking, stair climbing, pullups, pushdowns, arm-peddler, elliptical and more biking!)
11 – 72 minutes (biking 15 miles at ~12.5mph)
12 – 40 minutes (push challenge, stair climber, arm-peddler, treadmill)
13 – 70 minutes (circuit training, dog walking)

I'm Joining You Because I Need Someone To Hold Me Accountable In The Exercise(or Lack Of) Department. So I Will Check In Here And Let You All Know How Much I'm Getting In. I Hope To Get Some In Daily. My Current Excuse Is That I Have A 3 Year Old And A 10 Month Old. But Really They Think It Is Funny When I Work Out. So I Should Do More To Make My Kids Laugh More Often;)
