I know I'm fat, but I refuse to give up participating to fun events just because of that. So last September I went to the Here Comes the Sun yoga festival, and this month I'm going to the Workout in the Park event organized by SELF magazine.
I am prepared to be faced with slim gym bunnies, but I am not willing to rick not being able to keep up with any of the classes, so I have been working out more (as opposed to hardly at all :o). Yesterday I did 20 minutes of Pilates and 30 min. on the elliptical, today baby has been crabby so I haven't managed any exercise yet, but I hope to have enough energy for 20 minutes of something when hubby gets home.
Is anyone else going? I will be going to the NYC one, but there are others: Miami, LA and I think Chicago.
Any other curvy gals want to join me? ;)
