Hey everyone. I have finally been able to curb my desire to have a drink if I go out with friends. We had a dinner to go to last night. Myself and 3 other girlfriends of mine. We started at 5:30 at a local lounge, and I had 2 diet sodas, then we moved to the dinner and I had a punch drink (non alchoholic). Well while the entertainment was on I ran to the bar and got one of my friends a beer, and I grabbed a wine cooler (not my favorites so I thought I wouldnt suck it down..lol, a little proactive thinking here). So I sit down and took no kidding a BABY sip. It was pretty good. So I watched the performer, and then about maybe 2 oz later (40 min mind you) we left and I left the rest of it sit! We went uptown to a local bar and they each had a beer, we were there for about an hour, I had another diet soda (I realize this is more pop than I should have but they didnt have bottled water).
But I made it from 5:30pm-11pm without having 1 full drink, 2 ounces only THIS IS BIG. I usually give in thinking I will just have 1...then 2...3..ect. But I did it this time!
