Three Cheese Spaghetti Bake
Ingredients:
1 (12oz.) package uncooked spaghetti
2 cups shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
Morton Lite Salt
pepper to taste
1 (28 oz.) jar no added salt spaghetti sauce - Rinaldi makes one
Preparation:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, eggs, oil, garlic powder, Morton Lite Salt and pepper.
Press into a greased (13 x 9 x 2 inch) baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce.
Cover and bake in preheated 350F oven for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Cut into 12 pieces.
Makes: 12 servings
Serving size: 1/12 recipe or 1 piece
