LA Weight Loss - Plan 3 Question with Lite

hello girls
i am on plan 3 with lites.
However I am about out of lites and want to cut them out due to my sensitivity to corn syrup
A la lite is equal to what exchanges? Fruit and protein or a fruit and a starch?
Would I go to plan 4 since I am on 3 with Lites.

from what I have been told you need to move up a plan and omit the lites. Not sure... maybe someone knows for sure...
