Diet Blogs and Journal FAQ and Help Forum - How do I get a blog?

I went to the page, I tried to use my username to login--but it said I wasn't a member--but I couldn't find anyplace to register either (if I'm suppose to register separately from the forum). I can't figure it out? :dizzy:

Okay, I finally found it---all the way at the top in tiny letters "Get Blog".
