Wow I don't want it to be that short! LOL This should be an easy in and out convience store type of thread. Come on it can't be that hard, can it?
Ok so I worked out twice, didn't splurge or overeat and my weight seems stable. I will stick it out if it burns my rear end off. :D

Today I had fava bean and a falafil on wheat pita bread and a cup of coffee. Exercised an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening.
Weighed in this morning and I am down 6 pounds this week, eating as usual but drinking more water and exercising.
