LA Weight Loss - Control Trim

Hi
Has anyone tried Control Trim? Does it really make you feel fuller?

I would be careful with it, My friend who works at an LAWL in another city said they are finding a lot of people are getting 'backed up' on it. It was not what she encouraged me to use.. ie WASTE OF MONEY! You could always pick up some fiber capsules at the local health food store like psyllium or something?...

It did nothing for me and since I don't make lots of sauces the powder was a huge waste of money.I feel full all the time anyway. I got caught up in the moment.

Heidz............ I got the pills.....they do make me feel full and I dont have IBS
but thats me.
