Can anyone help me or do they just do that by having a blog? TIA

Is it one of our blogs? If so, you can link it from your UserCP. Go there and choose to edit your profile. There's a field were you can enter your blog info. Make sure to enter just the part specified so it will link properly :)

I've put the name of my blog in the proper place, but it's not bringing up my blog when I click on it. It brings up the "create a blog" page.
What am I doin' wrong?

New question.. is there a way that I don't have to approve the comments and they can just go up?

You can, but you probably don't want to. Spambots will find your blog and auto-post some pretty horrible things.
