Monday 4/22
B - raisin bran (200), milk (65)
S - banana (105), apple (80)
L - lean cuisine sesame chicken (330)
S - yogurt (130)
D - cherry glazed lamb chops (370), wild rice mix (200?), asparagus (40)
Total - 1520
Exercise - 40 min walk with the dog

Tuesday 4/23
B - raisin bran (200), milk (65)
S - sf hot cocoa (50), banana (105)
L - lean cuisine garlic ginger chicken (290)
S - apple (80), yogurt (150)
D - beef & beer chili (261), two lite biscuits (220)
Total - 1421
Exercise - 20 min powerwalk with the dog + chasing the dog around the house

Lunch: Amy's country dinner (390)

Snack: 1/4 cup low-cal ice cream (60)

Snack: granola cereal and Fage yogurt (215)

Dinner: half PB&J on spelt bread, large carrot, chocolate almond milk (340)

Snack: rice crackers (300)

Exercise: 10 (hard!) minutes strength training

Today is all planned out:

M1: 1/2 protein shake w/blueberries

M2: Turkey sausage and oatmeal

M3: Salad w/ strawberries, salmon, LF dressing

M4: Cottage cheese

M5: Chicken burger, coleslaw

I may skip exercise today because my knees are sore.

Lunch: small portion flank steak, baked carrots

Snack: apple and 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Dinner: baked scrod, green beans, baked sweet potato, 1/2 cup brown rice pasta

Snack: 1.5 cups Joe's O's cereal, half a frozen mango bar

Dessert: 1/3 cup low fat ice cream, two chocolates

Exercise: 40 minute walk

Snack: 1/2 cup granola cereal, 1/2 Fage yogurt

Dinner: mixed salad, salmon, asparagus, bread with olive oil

Snack: 2/3 cup granola cereal, 3/4 a frozen mango bar, a kit kat bar (yeah, went a little overboard)

was a nice day though

"L" (at 4pm) - lean cuisine chicken primavera (220)

Exercise - none

Friday 4/25

L - lean cuisine chicken ranch club (330)
S - apple (80), yogurt (150)
D - beef veggie stir fry w/ rice (323)

Dinner: butternut squash and chickpea stew over brown rice (500-ish?)

Dessert: 3 chocolates, part of a frozen coconut bar (300)

Exercise: 20 minutes (hard!) strength training
