LA Weight Loss - skinny cow ice cream

Does anyone know how to count these on lawl?

I asked this question the other day and was told 2 starches.

If someone else has a different answer, I would love to hear it too.

At 2 starches, they are not in my diet until Maintenance

Thanks what I was thinking because of the cookie part. Otherwise the ice cream would probably be just 1 starch.

Which skinny cow ice cream are you talking about? I have seen different stuff out there, sandwiches, popscicles, cones. I would love to enjoy these occasionally but have no idea how to count them. I know SF/FF ice cream is 1/2 cup = 1 starch.

The skinny cow ice cream sandwich. I think 2 is right because it has the cookie. I also saw a cone type thing advertised. Looked very good. I miss ice cream treats.

Thanks ladies:) I saved up my starches today so i could have this as a snack. The best part was that it didn't even taste half as good as I remembered!
