Default First day of induction

Hi everyone,

I tried induction about three weeks ago but found it to be be to much at once. So for the last three weeks i have been eating no bread crackers or grains but i have been eating lots of nuts, coconut and a beans. I feel good and have gotten over my fear of life without bread. So now i am ready to begin a
clean induction!

Wish me luck!
