Talking lost about 17 lbs so far
I met my first mini goal weight on saturday.
i started at 245 now i am 228.5 lbs.
hope everyone else meets their mini goal/goal as well. my 1st mini goal was 230 lbs. My new mini goal is 220 lbs. final goal weight will be around 125-130 lbs.
Please god, don't let me give up!!!!!
