The rules are simple... you get to earn 4 points per day, that is a total of 28 points per week. If you get 25 points or more, give yourself a reward. It doesn't have to be big, a new lipstick, pocket book, a pedicure, or time for you, just you.

You can earn 1 point for drinking all your water:cheers: , 1 point for eating clean:hungry: , 1 point for your workout:lifter: , and 1 point for doing what ever you forget or avoid. ie: taking your vitamins, or tracking all your food intake:write: ...this is something you can decide.

At the end of the week tally up your points. Make this fun, and remember you do deserve a reward... :encore:

I am going to stick with the same challenges for one more week.

1. No grazing
2. 30 minutes of moving
3. Eat veggies
4. Nothing after 8 pm

Ok, I (barely) made goal last week, and want to do the same this week!

My challenges this week are:

1) eat within my points & follow the WW 8 Healthy Guidelines
2) exercise everyday
3) drink plenty of fluids
4) journal my emotions when I need to

My reward for making goal last week will be some new scrapbook paper and embellishments. (Like I need more, teehee.)

Not sure what I'll work towards this week.....

I'm so thrilled with the way last week went so I'm definitely in too. I just couldn't wait until May 1st to WI so I did it this morning and I've lost 7.5 lbs so far.:carrot:
My goals are to

1) Follow the WW Core/8 Healthy guidelines.
2) Be more active/exersice.
3) Drink the minimum 6 glasses of water +.
4) Never use more than 5 a day of the 35 weekly points allowed.

I did it..I made 4 today.

I rode my bicycle for 2 miles...and did a little work in the yard.

I stayed busy all day so didn't graze!

Trish...way to go on the loss. I also lost, but not as much as you. I lost 2 pounds and could not be happier.

I had a great start for today. Ate out and stayed OP, drank more water than the 6 glasses Core requires and stayed busy. Only used 2 of my weekly alloted pts so I made my 4 for today.

Sue - Congratulations on 2 lb loss. 2 lbs is 2 lbs gone. Actually only 1 lb of my 7.5 was not recycled lbs. which I think I've lossed and gained over and over for the past 6 months or longer. I get so mad at me for not going on when I lost it before. Just think how much I would have lost if I had. I like what I'm doing now so I hope it will continue to work for me. I think being accountable here helps. I rode my stationary bike tonight, not because I wanted to but because I wanted the pt for it here. So this helps. Just hope we can keep going down now that we've started. Good luck.

Trish - YAY for your loss! :carrot: I know what you mean about the recycled pounds. What's really sad is that the weight I am now is where I return to over and over and over.

Sue - a big whoo hoo for you, too! You're doing great!

Marti, how're you doing?

As you know, I've been eating frozen diet meals, and I've had just about enough of them now, lol. I'm going to make a pot of chili for tomorrow.

Well, I was going to make myself do the WATP video this afternoon and even started doing it but the phone rang and it was my babysister calling long distance. I never got back to it and didn't do enough of it to even count, so just got 3 again today making 10 so far for this week. At this rate I won't even make the 25 pt.:(

I'm editing this because I decided after I wrote the above to go ride the stationary bike. So I got my 4 pts for today after all.:carrot:

I got 4 for yesterday, and already know it's only 3 for today, because I went over points. Don't ask.

So I'm 14/16.

Trish - it's great that you went and rode the bike after all!
Sue - usually I'm the one w/o enough exercise, not you. I've been doing some extra yard work, and also extra cleaning in the house that counts as cardio. I have no doubt you'll get with it.

I ended up counting points again so I guess I've come around to Flex again. I know it's crazy, but I was so afraid I was eating too much. I guess I'm too chicken to trust me to Core. :( The problem I had with Thursday was eating all my required pts so I was short eating 4 pts. [

Since I didn't eat the recommended number of pts, I'll just count 3 pts for today making -

I ate way too much yesterday at the hospital. But I did get a lot of walking, and water. So adding yesterday's 2, I've got 16 of 20 possible points so far. Uh oh, no way I can make goal, but I'll keep at it, anyway. :yes:

Well, I will take 2 for today. I didn't exercise and I ate after 8. We went to a family thing...and I had a small piece of cake before I realized what time it was. :(

18/24 And I should knock off points for the cake, but that isn't my challenge this week. Doing poorly and I know it. Going to have to think up a new tactic for next week.

Sue - I'm going to have to think up a new tactic for this week, too. It may include the use of duct tape and sedatives, lol.

Jane. Nope :dizzy: I didn't make the 25 this week, but I am still pleased :) with what I did. No exercise today. I got 3 pts today. I am loving Flex; it's like it has all come together for me. :carrot: Using the chick numbers hoping it will help give me the incentive to keep going. I'm finally out of recycle lbs and would like to keep it that way. Well, I have been to these numbers before, but it's been a loooong time. Thanks for welcoming me back to Flex Plan. I talked to my sister yesterday. She, her DD and her DH all do Flex. My sister has lost 33 lb, my niece has lost 20 and her DH has lost 30. Guess we're keeping Flex in the family. haha

I'm going to try to do my WATP video at least 3 times this week. Been riding stationary bike and being active up to now. I think my hip and knees can take it now.

Personally, I think we should all be happy with the fact that we tried and did as well as we have and build on what we did accomplish and shoot for better next week. If we keep trying, maybe eventually one of will actually make the 28. I won't ever make more than 27 if that because I always take at least 1 day off a week from exercise. But who knows; one of us might. It is worth the try any way. So I applaud :cp: all of us for what we did this week.

Marti - Hope you're feeling better for this week.

20/28 for me...Only 2 today. Just haven't felt up to par, so no exercising...and since I didn't eat much for meals I kind of grazed. Moo!

I think I will employ Jane's tactic of duct tape this week. One of DH's favorite "tools," as we joke around here, is duct tape. :)

Congrats Trish and I agree...we should all be happy with our progress.
