Here's my day on Sunday:

No breakfast, I slept right through it

Lunch: Soup 4
2 c skim milk 4

Snack: Popcorn 2

Dinner: BBQ Turkey Rollup w/ extra cheese 7
Green Beans 1
2 c skim milk 4

Total for the day: 22

L-WW Smart Ones Swedish Meatballs 6
Popcorn 2

D-Spaghetti 10
2 c milk 4

S-Popcorn 3
2 pc Dove chocolate, yummy! 2

Total for the day: 30 (I went a little bit over, but I figured an hour and a half at the gym provided me with a few activity points. :))

My Tuesday was a horrible day for eating. Let's just block it from our minds and move on to Wednesday's journal...
