Weighed in with -5.8 pounds.

I know that's very good, but it's still 3.4 pounds over where I was back in November, so it doesn't feel like much of a victory, to be honest. Or it could just be my blood sugar messing with me. Hopefully I'll feel better about it later.

-----------------

Went to Subway afterwards and got a Turkey & Ham sandwich. They were out of wheat, so I had to settle for white bread.

HOWEVER, thanks to everyone for the support! :-) That does make me feel a bit better. The advice has been consistent and good, so thanks to one and all!

Alright!!! You need to add that loss to the Flex Weigh-ins for April

It's a HUGE victory! Forget about what used to be, and focus on what is right now. You are down 5.8 lbs!

Okay, I'm not sure what happened to my last post. I think I clicked on something and accidentally reported myself!

Oh well...

My first weigh in was pretty good: -5.8 pounds.

I know I should feel some sort of sense of victory about it, but in truth, I don't because that's still 3.4 pounds more than I was back in November. I think once I clear that I may start to feel like I'm making headway. Right now, though, I'm just trying to catch up to where I was when I first attempted to start WW waaaaay back in October.

Thanks to one and all for your support, though. You definitely make my funk a little less... well, funky.

GREAT job!!!! doesn't matter that it's over what you were in November, what matters that you DID it! You had a successful 1st week and you LOST!!! WHOO HOO!!!!!

Keep going! You'll surely get another 3.4 lbs down AND more in no time!!!

Default Thanks, one and all...

You guys did cheer me up a bit. Maybe I'm just really tired today. I'll try to work up some enthusiasm for the loss. I do know that it's pretty darned good. And, as long as the salad at home didn't go bad over the weekend, that's what I'll have for dinner.

Faerie: Where do I add that? I adjusted it on my profile...
