LA Weight Loss - looking for any help or guidance please

Hi guys ..ive been reading posts and you all seem very helpful and supportive..I really want to try the program and think that i would be on red plan with bars...can anyone give me any feedback on what you think

2.5 Proteins
4 Veggies
3 Fruits
3 Starches
1 Dairy
1 Fat
2 LA Lites
3 Condiments
1/4 Tsp. Morton Lite Salt
64 oz Water

I am wondering though, if you need to start with Red1. I am not sure of the cut-offs. Unfortunately, I cannot remember what the additional exchanges are, but someone will chime in :) And welcome :)

you get additional to what Nicole provided:
1 more Fruit
1 more Dairy
1 more Starch

I am 5'6, but I exercise. I believed they moved me at 265 from Red 1 to Red, but can't really remember for certain. You should probably start with the Red.

I think that they kept me on Red 1 longer because I was working out 150 minutes a week minimum. They kept me on Red until 230, when I went to purple and I am to stay on purple until 190, when I go to Gold, which I stay on until 175, which is goal and then stabilization (or when I decide to lose 20 more to get me to 155)
