Hi. I thought I would quickly introduce myself. My name is Kerrie and I live in New South Wales, Australia. For the first time in years I am HAPPY with my weight - well as HAPPY as a woman can be! I would love to loose another couple of kilos - about 5lb - but have realised now, may never get there. I have been concentrating on going to the gym for the past couple of months and have really toned up. So have dropped sizes but not weight.

I am married, have 4 sons and work full time, so am pretty busy - but am always able to find a few minutes to chat on line. Hope to get to make some new cyberfriends from around the World! Cheers, Kerrie

Hey, good on ya! :)

I'm still very much on the weight-loss journey (down to 99kg from just shy of 135; still heaps left to go!) so I'd love to hear your advice on how you lost your weight and kept it off!
