Hi. I was wondering if someone could help me! I am trying to figure out how many of the extra flex points you get while nursing. I know its usually 35 but with getting an extra 10 everyday already, I didn't know if you still get the extra 35. Thanks so much!

You still get your 35 flex points.
It's 2 points per nursing session up to a maximum of 10 (if you're weaning or not nursing full time) or 10 points added to your daily allowance. I would start with the 10 points and tweak it if it's not working. It's especially important to keep your weight loss to 1-2 lbs per week to keep your supply up. Obviously you'll probably lose more the first week or two but after that try and keep it slow and steady. Congrats on making the decision to nurse, it's tough but so worth it!

That's interesting...in the WW Canada book it says to calculate 12 points for nursing mothers.... I only nurse my son in the morning..I don't have much milk left. :( So, I don't add extra points.
