Default looking for link to calorie-switching calculator thingy

someone posted a link to a site where you put in your stats and exercise frequency and it calculates how much you need to eat to maintain/lose/lose a lot, but i can't remember which thread it was in. it had a thing that showed you how to vary your total calories to 'trick' your metabolism as well.

anyone know what i'm talking about? i've gone all through my history folder and can't find it there either...

Hi I use one, but as I am a new member it won't let me post a link but if you go into google and type in 'how to calculate your daily calorie needs' you will get a site come up for diet blogs archive, and that one will let you put in your weight height age and exercise to give you a calorific range to maintain or lose. Hope it works. x

Wow that's pretty neat. It was pretty much what I figured I had figured my range in already but good to see how just adding some extra excercise lets you change how much you eat.
