So they have us drink 8 glasses of water every day, then today they say if I'm exercising I should drink even more.
How much water can one person drink???

So I'm wondering, do you all find that drinking the 8 glasses of water helps and what does it help you with, does it actually help with the weight loss? I don't feel hungry during the day so it's not keeping me from eating, I just heard that the 8 glasses helps prevent water retention but not sure if this is true.

I definitely feel that the water plays a big part in the weight loss.
Of course, at a gallon a day, I sometimes feel like I'm losing weight in my pants (if you catch my drift)!

It's hard at first, getting it all in, but after a while, it become second nature...

I have a water cooler near my work desk, which is handy, and I have a 32 oz. bottle that I can easily drink through.. I usually drink 3 a day without even thinking about it..

THen I usually have extra water with dinner and then during and after I play raquetball..

So give yourself some time and figure out a routine..
