Default Finally lost the extra weight gained during the holidays!!!!

Oh finally finally, I gained 13 lbs between Thanksgiving and New Years and have struggled these past few months to get rid of it. Well I stepped on the scales and I'm finally back at 226. I worked so hard over the summer and into faall to lose weight, and when the holidays hit for some reason I lost my mind and just went overboard tasting this, nibbling that, and just flat out eating foods I should have avoided, hence my 13 lb weight gain.

Now I feel I can really focus on the future and work on getting the rest of my weight lost. LOL, I can FINALLY get rid of my 3rd Ticker Tracker!!!!

I'm with you. I lost roughly 40 lbs. in a little less than a years and I put back on 15 lbs somewhere between January and March. I've lost 9 of it so far. Working hard to lose the next 6 and then continue from there in hopes of losing another 40 in a little less than year again.

I finally removed that third wheel tracker from my profile. Now I can focus on my next goal, 218. For the life of me I can't remember why I chose 218!

Edit: Ok, duh it's the 1/2 way mark! Geez I was having a moment there Sorry!

Congratulations on your weight loss. I gained 20 lbs over the holidays and I'm currently working on losing the weight. Next year will be different, I'll have to take it easy during December.

Congrats
I also gained weight, I had hit 50 pounds down last March and the celebrated (not the smartest idea *L*) and then promptly gained back 16 pounds! It was finally just this January I got back on track and I have reached that goal again and passed it. No more celebrating for me!
Keep up the great work!
