So ironic, I posted today that I was thinking of quitting the COD.

My counselor today was fabulous. I asked a question about the LAWL soups b/c they are in a bunch of recipes in the book and I wanted to buy some. She thought I couldn't use the soups b/c of my IBS, but wanted to double-check. My counselor picked up the phone right there and called the dietician to ask if it was okay and if not, what I could use as a substitute.

Dietician didn't answer, counselor left a message. By the time I got back to the office, my counselor had spoken to the dietician and left me a message. It is safe for me to use the soups.

I am impressed for a couple of reasons:

#1 They definately put my health first before sales
#2 The quick response time

I will be continuing on w/ the COD. Good stuff.

It is always good to hear about our COD's doing what they are paid to do. Thanks for sharing, Jill. It is so easy to complain, but we often forget to post about positive visits to the COD.
