I have been using my daily plate but I am reading about fitday on 3fc. I tried to log on but there was a fee. Is there a no-fee version, like daily plate has?
I have used both fitday and dailyplate. I prefer daily plate.
Fit day is free, you just need to sign up for a free account. They of course want you to do the pay site (just like with dailyplate), but it isn't necessary.
I used fit day and the daily plate beats it 10 times!
Just the way it is formatted and the way the search engine has the brand names and pictures so you can match it up exactly just makes it so much easier!
I look up things on line, but keep a journal by hand. I look up things here at 3FC, use Calorieking.com, DietFacts.com, and also whatever restaurants have their own nutritional info listed.
I bought the Calorieking book, it's small enough to carry around. I keep it in a kitchen drawer so I can easily look up things as I'm cooking.
