LA Weight Loss - What is TOM? and MRC?

Hi ya'll...I'm semi-new to the 3FC, but I see everyone using different cap letters, can someone tell me what they are....?

and the MRC seem to be working for so many people..
I'm not dumb, just would like to clear my thoughts..
