What exactly can you not figure out? I know it may seem daunting at first because there are so many forums to post in, but don't be intimidated- people a re pretty nice wherever you post

So do you have a particular plan you are following? If you are doing Weight Watchers or South Beach, etc... you could read around those forums to learn about the plans. I do my own thing (as do many other folks) and post wherever I feel like it
