Angry Welcome back

I know this will sound crazy and it's very difficult to do, but excercise is a great remedy for depression. I usually have any extremely difficult time making it through January and February but this winter I commited to excercising at least 3 times a week and have not had any serious bouts of depression. Usually I have days when I couldn't even get out of bed because I was so depressed about my weight. There have been many medical studies concerning the positive effects of excercise when it comes to the issue of depression. So press on and know that the fact that you are continuing to try means you are an extremely strong individual with the spirit of a warrior.

Thanks Gals, I needed the encouragement.

I did so well today, and even yesterday I went for a hike with my kiddies and today walked all over for about 2 miles...not too bad for this depressed mama! ! !

csbutton..Your not alone! Look at my stats! I know how frustrating it is and how horrible it makes you feel. Believe me. But don't beat yourself anymore. Take those feelings and turn them into determination. You've done it before, you can do it again! You know you can..it will just take some time. But were all in it together..
