Wow thanks Tracy! Let's see... I started on my diet when I was home for a month for winter break. I ate a lot of cereal and fruit, and did about a half hour on the exercise bike about every other day or so. Now that I am at school, the eating has gotten harder (not-so-healthy dining hall) but I manage. I still eat a lot of cereal and fruit, and also salads, pasta, and yogurt, stuff like that. For exercise, I go to the gym and do an hour on the bike or bike and treadmill every day, if I have time. I usually end up going about 6 days per week. So thats how its been going so far!! Talk to you later. Bry

Lol Tracy! I have lots of little secrets....
Chocolate cravings? U can buy fat free choc pudding cups with like 90 calories. Kudos granola bars - lots of good choc flavors, only 90 cals and 2.5 grams of fat!
Munchies? fat-free caramel popcorn (it does exist!), sour cream and onion mini rice cakes- soooooo good, Lucky Charms, etc.
Thirsty? Ever tried Crystal Light? My favorite flavor is strawberry-kiwi, its better than water with only five cals. Let me know if I can give you any more ideas!

Hi girls... I am new here, too! Just found the 3FC site a couple of weeks ago, and had been lurking until yesterday.
Bry, what a great job you've done to lose 30lbs!!! And at school, to boot! Very impressive! I am just starting out... I'm down 7lbs in my first couple of weeks... shooting for 20lbs to start, with an ultimate goal of 40-45lbs. (I'm 5'4" and currently at 168)
Oh, and I'm just over the border, in northern Mass!
