Question Low Carb Cookbooks

I very recently ordered George Stella's Livin Low Carb cookbook...and I'm very anxious to get it. Are there any other good ones you can recommend?

I have Sheila (of Sugar Free Sheila)'s cook books I haven't really used them as yet, but I've got them! A lot of the recipes look great!

The one I've ended up using the most is called "The Low Carb Bible" . . . hmmm, by someone named Elizabeth M. Ward MS RS very small print - 2003.

Lately, I've been mainly using Linda's LC & the net period.

I use a lot of the recipes in my Atkins for Life book (since they provide different menus based on the total carbs you want to eat), of course I use my Atkins Cookbook and AZ, I also use the Sugar Free Shelia recipes. I also regularly scavenge off of Jimmy Moore's site to get ideas.

I use many recipes from 500 Low-Carb Recipes: 500 Recipes from Snacks to Dessert, That the Whole Family Will Love by Dana Carpender.

I love the cheesecake recipe in George Stella's cookbook. The absolute best one I've found!

I have several Dana Carpender cookbooks. I find her recipes to be hit or miss. Some are great and some are not. I think the 500 MORE low carb recipes is better than the original. She also has a low carb smoothie cookbook that I love. I use that one all the time. I like both George Stella cookbooks. And the Low Carb CookWorx book is good but the recipes are not quick or easy for the most part.

I have 15-minute Low Carb Meals by Dana Carpender and Atkins for Life. Although, right now, I cannot find my Atkins for Life book.

I had to dust off my recipe books but I finally found them. I have:

The New Eat Yourself Thin Like I Did Low Carb Cookbook - Nancy Moshier RN

Dr. Atkins New Diet Cookbook

Lose Weight the Smart Low Carb Way - Prevention Health (Bettina Newman and David Joachim).

CAD Book which has recipes in it as well.

That 15 minute book sounds great Silvia.
