Default The scale finally moved
Woohoo - I have finally made it past the 168 mark!

For the last 5 weeks I have not been able to get the scale to move past 168 lbs. Well, yesterday I weighed myself and it was 167.8 and then today it was 167.6. So I hope with being that 2 days in a row that means that I have finally broke it. Even in the past when I tried losing weight I would hit this number and get discouraged and stop trying. This time has been different in my determination to break that number is much stronger.

Now onto 165...

Wow! I'm so happy for you! I have a love-hate relationship with scales and hitting a plateau can be very, very discouraging. Looks like you have made it over that hurdle and are on your way to better days. Your determination has really paid off. My screen name is Gambaru because I found out that it is a Japanese word which translates into when a person has the determination to succeed even in the face of impossible odds.
