I had a couple off days in the middle of the month, but I have pulled it together the last two weeks, so I should have come back down from anything I put on. I'm at 130 (I'll fix it now that it's the beginning of April) and I gained 11 lbs in March. So, it may not be fat, but it sure feels fat, because my clothes don't fit anymore and I look completely different than I did a month ago. Stupid Toms. Oh well, I still love him, and he's supporting me in my SBDness (although I don't know that it would be good for him, Ph1 anyway, because he might turn into a broomstick.) I weigh in once a week at my gym..tomorrow is THE day so will be excited to see what progress I've made in 4 weeks!! Congratulations everyone! Kara Kara, the last two days I was in the 1300-1400 calorie range with about 30-35% fat (healthy ones). I eat oatmeal and one other grain per day and usually only one fruit. My proteins are chicken breast, salmon or other fish, turkey breast and usually a serving or two of lowfat cheese. I also eat beans in place of meat/cheese several times a week. I never cheat(except on Easter). :ink: I'm very anal about that. I always weigh and measure (I'm an old weight watchers member). I'm OK I guess if I'm not going to lose anymore. I'm pretty comfortable and my clothes fit. Just wondering though, since it seems most people can eat more on maintenance. :( FluffyK 04-04-2008, 11:28 AM Did I post my four pounds? ???
