Hi Ladies Once again I 'm going to put the exercising thread up for this month.
Come join me,and get moving,as Summer is coming and when want to get fit for our new summer closed.
Just copy and paste the month and get track of your own exercising.
Do we just edit it daily to fill it in? Sorry new here. Sounds like fun, I am in!
April
1 - Walked 1 mile and did 30 mins of cardio (only lasted for 20 mins of the cardio ugh!)
2 - Walked 1 miles this morning and will do the FULL 30 mins of cardio today. (cross your fingers for me!)
3 - Walked 1 mile 2xs
4 - lazy butt day
5 - walked 1 mile and did situps
6 - waled 1 mile 2x's
7 - 30 mins cario
8 - walked pushing the stoller (only went once today)

I am going to up my goals a bit this month. Since I was way over last months goals. My goal is at least ( 1 ) 3 mile walking/aerobic video in the morning about ( 33 min )( or 3 miles total ), and ( 1 ) 3 mile walking/aerobic video in the evening about ( 33 min ) ( or 3 miles total ) Monday to Friday. Saturday I food shop for at least 4 hours so I do tons of walking then. I have been told the body needs one day off a week so Sunday will be my day off. Plus resistance training Monday, Wednesday and Friday about ( 40 min each time ).

I'm in on this. Last year I got my eating down and did great! But this is the one area I have been having the Hardest time getting into. I used to be a Gym rat and loved it! But danged if I could get any consistancy in the exercise during the weight loss phase. So here it goes... I want to be this smilie! :woohoo:

Adding myself in even though it's a week late
April 1 - walk 40 minutes around the block
2 -40 minutes on treadmill, 100 crunches
3 -
4 -45 minutes on elliptical, 30 minutes walk around the block, 20 minute walk - total 95 minutes
5 -weed pulling 90 minutes
6 -volunteer event (6 trips up and down the hills with bins of stuff) 20 minutes
7 - 30 minutes on treadmill
8 - 45 minutes on treadmill, 15 minutes weight lifting, 15 minute walk total 75 minutes
9 - 45 minutes on treadmill, 10 minutes core, 5 minutes stretching total 60 minutes
10 - 10 minute stroll, 45 minute brisk walk total 55 minutes
11 - 60 minutes on the treadmill (5k!)
12 - 100 minutes hiking Squaw Peak (2.4 miles and 912 calories!)
13 - 100 minutes biking 12 miles (Glendale family bike ride)
14 - 60 minutes on the treadmill (5k!)
15 - 20 minute stroll
16 - 60 minutes on the treadmill (5k!) 40 minute brisk walk
17 - 20 minute dog walk
18 - 30 minutes on the treadmill (15 minutes @3.5mph, 15 minutes @5.5mph - 2.25miles!)
19 - 10 min warm up, 25 min lifting, 10 min treadmill, 20 min bike, 20 min elliptical, 5 min stretch total 1.5 hours

If you click on Private messages on the top right hand side of the screen. Then click on List Subscriptions down on the bottom part of the left side of the screen. All the threads that you chat in show up. ( I have this page saved in my favorites ). Won't matter where it is on the site, it is easy to find that way.
