Question Question on Buffalo
Does anyone know the points for buffalo. I have looked everywhere. WW's board does not disclose points. Thanks for your help. I am getting ready to start WW once I am out of Medifast supplies.

It's a low fat meat, so I believe it would be one point per ounce.

It's in the data base in the W/W books.

Also you can google bison or buffalo nutritional information.

Calorieking.com has the information you may be looking for. They have it as ground meat.

I've definitely seen that in the books as 1pt per ounce.

Yeah i tried ground buffalo for the first time months ago,and was amazed at the taste.I know the ground version had nutritional info on the back. I think it was 1 point per ounce as well
