And this was LWL?

For those who were here then, I wanted to share that since that time, my hips are down 12" and my waist 8 (I actually think I have a memory of it at 12 more)" from my heighest weight. Amazing, huh!?!

I had an assessment with my new trainer, who is only going to focus on my measurements and determine my bodyfat from that. Good approach too, as she knows I'll always be heavier due to my muscularity and focusing on the scale can drive me nuts.

Anyway, as she measured me today, she'd say, "What do you think it is?" and I'd be over by 2".

I am shocked that my waist is now 40". I'm doin' da :carrot:

Congratulations on your new measurements. Isn't just amazing that it really is possible to make these kinds of changes to our bodies? Enjoy this and go shopping!

Congratulations on your awesome success! :celebrate: As a complete noob to lifting, who is facing the scale stalling out, I can't tell you how inspirational that is to me, so thank your for sharing! I read some of your blog. Can you imagine, being 200 lbs of muscle...! That would be sweet! I wouldn't mess with you!
