Question *** April Weightloss Targets (South Beach) ***
Time to think about and set our targets for April. Post your weightloss target and I'll consolidate them in a sticky.

Please just post the number of pounds you want to lose, not current and projected weight. I am math-challenged these days!

On Tuesday, we'll ask for the March results so stay on the Beach for the next two days, Beach Babes!

I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to lose about 6 lbs this month! So that would be my objective! So far I've lost 1/2lb so will have to ramp up my exercise!
