It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck everyone.

Me: 178, up 3 pounds from last week. Well. I did go off plan a couple time of times, but not enough to account for a 3 pound gain. I hate having fluctuations like this. But I know I will correct this.

I lost 3.2 this week brings me to 192.8! Hoping to get in the 80's next week!

265, down 2 lbs. from my last OFFICIAL weigh in. Happy about it and gonna keep up the good work. :)

I'm down 2 since Monday, so I'm now at/around 158lbs. That's weighing myself in the morning at the gym after working out.

Still at 168 :( and have been for over a month now. I really wish I could see a lower number.

152.8... down a pound from what I last recorded 2 weeks ago. I thought I had gained, but when I hopped on, I was surprised to see it had dropped back down. Must have been water weight from Easter.

fell of wagon nov, gained couple of stone, got back to it jan, lost it and got down to 154, fell off again mid feb, been back to it for past week n a bit. Down 10lbs since 21st march. Still 8lbs above my ticker weight of 154 (eeeeeeh!). Working on it! Not changing ticker... refuse to :p I'll be back to it in week or two hopefully

I have been maintaining at 145 since early December. This morning, I weighed in at 147. Yikes. While I doubt I really gained two pounds in three days, I know I need to quit with the off plan eating. So....in the interests of getting myself out of denial, I have changed my ticker.

This morning was at 184...not changing my ticker because TOM is dangerously close, and I have a feeling its water weight. Heres to next weeks weigh in!:carrot:

Great job everyone! This is just what I need some place to be accountable. Well I lost a pound this week too. Puts me at 219.3lbs now :carrot:

I'm completely confused (but doing a happy dance) because I've lost 4 pounds since last week. I suppose it's because this is my first week and it's probably a lot of water weight. I also got back into exercising this week which probably helped flush out some of the junk that has been sitting around in my system. Whatever the case, hooray! :carrot:

Up two pounds from my ticker but not stressing. No excersize in 3 weeks and eating whatever i want, for the most part, so not going to worry about it. Back to drinking my water, back to counting calories and hitting the gym for the first time in 3 weeks. Time to get back to the program. The bf has been working now so, no more feeling like i have to go hang out to keep him from being lonely. Time to get ready for bikini season!!!

Well I'm two pounds down, so 162, I tried posting on Thursday but it didn't show, anyway just getting back from
a four day trip and I'm dreading the scale, TOM is late, and I ate out a lot, but I think I did okay. I tried to always leave some food and for the most part tried to choose the best I could.

I did get some exercise, including using the steps in the hotel and a trip to a water park, which led to a trip to an EMT, LOL, I'm okay just a bad fall on the steps. I even did the extreme slides. I think I'll wait to weigh a couple days.
