Well, I dragged my behind to the treadmill for intervals today, that's tough stuff, hung in there for 20 mins... tomorrow will do endurance, 40 mins at a steady pace...

I wanna be a walker again!!!

I loved walking before when I was committed, and I plan to get back there too! I've been fighting a bad cold, but have been OP. Today I am going to force myself to walk as much as I can during my lunch break!!

I wanna feel the burn again! lol

Default Change of plans again...

Today I found a site where I could schedule a full body workout for the whole week, so I won't just be walking everyday, like today is my weight training day, but instead of a 5 minute treadmill warmup, I'm still going to do 15. I have 2 walking days per week, and 2 indoor exercise days per week, lunges, bends, Slides, back extensions, side leg raises, push ups, reverse leg raises, and stationary running... So for today I'll log 15 minutes of walking time, instead of the 40 I planned on yesterday OK, off to get my sweat on Ok, got a lil wild on the smileys there...hehe

Default I am SOOOOO Sore...

ow...ow...ow... it even hurts to type... Ugh, it looked so easy on paper...lol Well, I have been the workout fiend...even though I did NOT wanna get on the treadmill today... I like the butt movers thing, since I'm switching up, and doing a full workout routine, instead of just walking now... the place I did my workout thing at is in the links here, under exercise, of course http://www.workoutplan.com if anyone wants to check it out... I had to adapt it in some areas, like weight training, it's set for machines, and I have a weightset and dumbells, and toning bands... and I think next week, instead of using the treadmill for my aerobic/cardio I'm going to use the step one day, and do my cardio groove vid for the other, change things up even further. Tomorrow is my last workout day, indoor exercises, list above, in one of my previous posts... see about going to the pool with mom in law over the weekend, oooh, and the hot tub...heaven :-)

I think The Butt Movers Club is a great idea!!

I walked about 3.5 miles yesterday at a brisk pace so I was really sweatin' even though it was really cold out and snowing a bit. Signs of a good workout!

I'm committed to start working out with my weights and doing some stretching and toning exercises.

Good workouts everyone, keep up the great work and before you know it we won't feel like we'll feel like !!

Sue & Sandi... I love that... The Butt Moving Club!!! Perfect! Now, I got to get my own fanny in gear... was doing so well on the excerise thing and got off track after hurting my back. Worked out a couple of nights this week, but didn't get in all 5 workouts. So, my goal for this next week is to do 5 workouts! Not 3, not 4... but 5, darn it!

Getting back in the saddle again...

Well, being utterly sore today, I was thrilled when hubby suggested going to the gym to use the pool with mom in law :-) Did most of my indoor exercises in the water, and some stretching, threw my little sis in law around the pool...(she's a good 90 pounds...) and after sat in the jacuzzi and chatted away with the family. two days of rest for me now...thank God...going to stretch and maybe do my Yoga tapes while I'm taking a break from the heavy stuff, maybe I'll not be that sore next week...
