Hopefully!
I've thought about it for along time & now the scales are moving up.
I think it's about time I do something,no matter if hubby likes it or not!
I haven't been here cuz I've been searching for a "quick & easy" way,I've determind there's not one.
I love all the support I get here:hug: & I think it's time to go to a meeting.:carrot:
I'm going to go tommorrow & buy me one of those mini trampolines(I have a xercise bike also) & the money I have left I'm going to save for a meeting.
keep me in your thought & wish me luck.

Well, maybe I spoke too soon!Hubby thinks it's too far for me to drive to attend a WW meeting & it's at an odd time.I'm lost, don't know what I want to do again!
I got so depressed today that I spent 2 hours just wondering around town.
Then I got to school to pickup my youngest one up,I got there about 30 min early & took a nap.
I just feel awful about myself now a days.
I do appreciate all the support here.
Thanks

I don't want to be negative here, but doesn't your husband realize that it's worse that you aren't doing anything at the moment? Who cares that it's a little out of the way? Who cares that it's at a slightly inconvenient time? If doing this would make you feel better, and help you lose weight & be healthier then isn't that what is important?

I realize you can't just go without working it out with him (it can be a bit of money) but your health should be placed far, FAR above the things he is talking about. If this is important to you, if this is something you TRULY want, then you need to make that clear. Not to mention, if you want it bad enough you'll find a way, if you don't, you'll find an excuse.

i have to agree with faerie. my husband is unemployed right now so we really can not afford the expense of me going to weight watchers but he knows how important it is to me and what it means for my health and well being so we find the money each month some where to pay for it! what ever you decide you will always have support here! goodluck!!!

I believe everyone above me said it right. There is also WW online, but I am not sure if you are looking for something like that. I give you the best of luck :)

If it is that far by all mean do it online. You had posted to my thread, so you know I just started Monday.

When I went it was hectic, 1/2 through the meeting my husbands van broke down and I had to leave because he had the baby with him. So I only got a little info. But between what I learned on this board and they online ww, I feel like I am all set.

The food tracker on the online tools rock! I love it. I had no problem staying under my points the last couple days.

You can do it. We will be your support meeting! In fact I think they have a free week right now, you could at least check it out.

Good luck and lots of hugs!

Good luck to you! I'm going back for my 2nd time - the first time I went down 40lbs (my only successful weight loss) - it's a great program! This time I won't slack. :)
