Monday's meals:
Breakfast: Zone bar
Lunch: Can of tuna w/ AckMak crackers
Snack: Zone bar
Dinner: Chili w/beans
Snack: Glass of skim milk, 2 Kashi TLC cookies
The bars aren't YOAD compliant, but I need some convenience foods these days - my days are pretty stressful and until I have a chance to work through some better choices, the bars will get me through.

Lean spa cuisine (chicken/veg/whole wheat pasta)

Melting pot....not legal at all... :(

S - fiber one cereal (sugar too high though!)
