Chicks in Control - Is it the virus or my mind that is making me sick?

My head is throbbing, I'm sure I have some kind of virus or something. I can't eat. I feel like crap!
On the bright side I finally came out and told my best friend last night about my problem with ED. She was very understanding, because she too has stuggled with ED. I just don't know whether or not it is the virus that is making me not eat, or my mind.

It sounds like you might be coming down with something...but your body might just need a timeout. Is it possible for you to take it easy for a day or two? Drink lots of liquids, maybe try soup or some warm broth to keep your energy up, and get lots of rest.
