I was 266 this morning. I just started South Beach yesterday at 267.

Hey all...just wanted to check in to let you know that my 1st week went exceptionally well. Down 12.2 pounds!!! :carrot: I know most of it was probably water weight and I'm not expecting this every week. But, your motivations have helped me. Thanks to all of you! :grouphug:

Water weight is still something. I can actually put on a pair of older shoes becasue I have lost water weight this weekend....I know it is soon but I still am excited. I just started SB the other day.....
I am now down to the ticker weight again! I wiegh in almost everyday because if I don't I get out of control.....

Well, after 3 weeks of avoiding the scale.. I am posting a gain. I am now 257 pounds - up a total of 8 pounds, ugh. Some of that it water weight thanks to TOM approaching, so stayed tuned to next week!
Congrats everyone on your weight losses! This is some hard work!

I am so happy to say that I am down 2 pounds! Oh goodness, I am getting so close to Onederland.
Congrats to all folks that lost some weight or maintained.
If you gained - carry on and plan a healthful day - you CAN do this.

I got on the scale this morning and saw a 4 pound loss since Sunday! Granted I am on the first week of SB but it made me feel really good! maybe I can see my goal of 240 by June 18th?? I would love to be 230 or 225 by the time I step on the cruise ship this summer.....July 6th.....honestly do these goals seem realistic?

I started WW last tuesday, weighed in this morning down 3.5lbs! I am happy with that, considering I had some off program days that I would like to forget LOL!

Wow--- WOW! I'm shocked b/c I did BAD on Easter (~5500 calories!) eek!
I had a weird weigh in last week that put me up a pound when I really should have lost... so I was REALLY hoping to redeem myself this week.
Official weekly weigh in was this morning: 272 pounds!!!! I lost 3.4 pounds this week!!!! OFFICIALLY 30.4 pounds DOWN since Jan 1st!!!!
It always surprises me... :) Not to mention makes me VERY happy!

Today it was 194.6 .... which is good and bad at the same time. I gained five pounds whilst my Dad was visiting from the UK... which is a MIRACLE. It should have been more like 10.... ;)
So, last week my weight was up from 193.8 to 196.8. Only back on the wagon properly for two days, so I'm really happy to be only up by 0.8 on where I was before my Dad's visit. Looking for a good weigh in next week!

Hi guys! At my WI this Tuesday I lost 4.4lbs. I had wished for a better # but I will take it! My goal for next Tuesday is 4lbs. Its looks like you all did very well! Congratulations!
I am going to the fitness center tonight. I didn't exercise this past week because of my neck ( I have 2 heniated cervical discs) so I can't wat to see what the exercise does this week.

I'm a little shocked -- down 5 pounds this week. Thrilled, but I re-weighed myself a dozen times going, "that can't be right." I guess it is. Yay!
Edited to add: I knew it wasn't right. I was having a wacky scale day. It turns out I was actually down two pounds, which makes much more sense. Still, yay!
