Goal Photo Album - Lower body lift after 355 pounds lost

I wanted to post a new picture - I lost 355 pounds over the laat 4 years and 3 weeks ago I had a lower body lift to remove the loose skin I had. I cannot believe how good it looks and it is still healing!!!

You truly are an inspiration. Today is the beginning of my new life. I am at 400 lbs or so (not really sure) and I am determined to make a change. I have no knowledge about calories, counting percentages, or protien foods. I don't have any idea how this is going to happen, but after reading your story (thru all my tears!) I am ready to do this. You're right, I do have willingness. When my lack of willpower makes me feel weak, I just have to remember that I was, am and will continue to be willing to stick to my healthy lifestyle!
